Absolutely the most Premium Mixing Añejo you've ever tasted. It can easily be sipped, but it was made to be mixed!
May we suggest: The Agave Sazerac
The Sazerac is a low ball cocktail originally made with Cognac or rye whiskey, absinthe, and Peychaud’s bitters. The exact history of the drink is murky, but it was invented in New Orleans in the mid-1800’s. The name comes from the type of Cognac it was originally made with, Sazerac-de-Forge et Fils. Later rye whiskey was used in place of the Cognac, and we don’t use either… just Tequila.
3–4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters 1 sugar cube 1 teaspoon absinthe 1 ½ ounces Case Verde Añejo 1 ounce Casa Verde Reposado (can alternatively add another ounce of Añejo) For the garnish: Lemon twist
Add sugar cube and bitters to a shaker and crush sugar until it coats the bottom. Add all other ingredients and shake well. Serve up
