A collaboration born 4 years ago deep in the state of Guanajuato in the heart of Huanímaro came the farmer collective of Tequila Hunai. A tradition of families harvesting the best highland agave in the region and together creating some of the most complex black soil Tequila in the world.

This is the first Huani Extra Añejo ever made, exclusively barreled and aged for We Drink Tequila.  Aged 40 months in American Oak Bourbon barrels. Only 480 bottles ever made!  A collectors edition Tequila, this juice is from the best of the harvest, the best of the cuts, and the best of the barrels showcasing the absolute best that Huanímaro has to offer.
