Bebemos Delivers Official Promotion Rules

The Bebemos Tequila x San Diego Magazine Bebemos Delivers Promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Bebemos Tequila ("Sponsor") in partnership with San Diego Magazine.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on September 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 4, 2026.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of California who:

● Are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of purchase.
● Purchase an eligible bottle of Bebemos Tequila from WeDrinkTequila.com during the Promotion Period with the promo code BURRITOS during check out.
● Reside within fifteen (15) miles of downtown San Diego for prize fulfillment.
● Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Bebemos Tequila, San Diego Magazine, participating retailers, distributors, advertising agencies, and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate

To participate in the Promotion:

● Purchase one (1) eligible bottle of Bebemos Tequila through from WeDrinkTequila.com using promo code BURRITOS between September 4 and October 4, 2026;
● Each qualifying purchase receives one (1) promotional entry.
● There is no limit to the number of qualifying purchases an individual may make.
● All purchases are final and may not be returned.

Prize

Five (5) selected participants will receive:

● A burrito and a second bottle of Bebemos personally delivered by Troy Johnson of San Diego Magazine on October 9, between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
● A celebratory toast with second delivered bottle of Bebemos Tequila (winner must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and present valid government-issued identification)
● Bebemos Tequila branded merchandise, subject to availability

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $400.

The delivery location must be within the Sponsor's designated service area and approved in advance by Sponsor. Date and delivery time are subject to scheduling availability.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Participant Selection

At the conclusion of the Promotion Period, five (5) eligible participants will be selected from all eligible promotional entries received during the Promotion Period in accordance with the selection process established by Sponsor.

Potential participants will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about October 5, 2026.

If a selected participant cannot be contacted within twenty-four (24) hours, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate eligible participant.

Prize Conditions

Selected participants must:

● Be available between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 9, 2026
● Present valid government-issued identification confirming they are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
● Sign any required affidavits, liability releases, publicity releases, or other documentation requested by Sponsor and San Diego Magazine.

If a selected participant is unavailable on the scheduled date, the prize may be forfeited.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Bebemos Tequila and San Diego Magazine to use the participant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, city of residence, and images or video captured during prize fulfillment for advertising, promotional, editorial, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, purchases, and receipts.

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who submits fraudulent receipts, tampers with the Promotion, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a manner deemed disruptive or inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the Promotion.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bebemos Tequila, San Diego Magazine, participating retailers, distributors, advertising agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Responsible Consumption

The prize includes a ceremonial toast only.

The participant must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and provide valid government-issued identification prior to receiving any alcoholic beverage.

Sponsor encourages responsible consumption of alcohol. Never drink and drive.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion and for marketing communications where the participant has expressly opted in.

Governing Law

This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law principles.
