Bebemos Delivers Official Promotion Rules
ELIGIBILITY
The Bebemos Tequila x San Diego Magazine Bebemos Delivers Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of San Diego County, California, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within the Delivery Area defined below.
Employees, officers, and directors of Bebemos Tequila ("Sponsor"), San Diego Magazine ("Promotional Partner"), [WeDrinkTequila.com], and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible. Members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and each of their respective spouses) and anyone living in the same household are also not eligible, whether or not related.
The Sweepstakes is void outside the Delivery Area and where prohibited by law.
Delivery Area: The prize can only be delivered to a residential address within the county of San Diego ("Delivery Area"). Entrants must provide a delivery address within the Delivery Area to be eligible to win.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on September 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on October 18, 2026 ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device. There are two ways to enter, and each method is treated equally in the drawing.
Method 1: Online Entry (No Purchase Required). Visit https://www.bebemostequila.com/celeb-delivery during the Entry Period. Complete the entry form with your full name, email address, and delivery address within the Delivery Area. Then submit the form.
Method 2: Purchase Entry. During the Entry Period, purchase one (1) 750ml bottle of any Bebemos Tequila product ("Eligible Bottle") at WeDrinkTequila.com using promo code BURRITOS at checkout.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person per day, regardless of entry method. A "day" runs from 12:00:00 a.m. PT to 11:59:59 p.m. PT. An entrant who enters by both methods on the same day, or makes more than one purchase on the same day, receives only one (1) entry for that day.
Entries that exceed these limits, or that are submitted using multiple email addresses, identities, or automated means, will be void.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
On or about October 19, 2026, Sponsor or its designated administrator will select five (5) potential winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Bebemos Tequila, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entrant may win only one (1) prize.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified by email and telephone, using the contact information provided at entry, on or about October 19, 2026.
To claim the prize, a potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the first notification attempt. They must also complete, sign, and return any required Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within the time stated in the notification.
A potential winner will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries, if they:
● cannot be reached or fail to respond on time
● fail to return the required documents
● are found ineligible
● decline the prize
● are not available at the Delivery Area address during the delivery window described below
PRIZE
Five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each prize consists of:
● one (1) burrito, delivered in person by Troy Johnson of San Diego Magazine to the winner's address within the Delivery Area between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. PT on October 23, 2026, at a specific time scheduled by Sponsor
● Bebemos Tequila branded merchandise, subject to availability
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $150.
No alcoholic beverages are included in or delivered with any prize. The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification showing they are at least 21 years old at the time of delivery.
